Who are we?
Toney’s Italian Ice is a 100% family owned/operated food truck out of Knoxville Tennessee. Business is conducted primarily out of the short bus, practically dubbed “THE COOL BUS”. Our offerings include batch made AUTHENTIC Italian Ice, crafted in the heart of ‘Ices’ in New Jersey, Gourmet (NEVER FROZEN) HOT Pretzels hand-twisted by a certified master baker, and various beverage including but not limited to coffee, soft drinks, and water.

What are booking costs?
Due to the nature of our truck and the many ways in which we serve you, pricing will ALWAYS be discussed before an event.
Are you gluten free?
All of our products EXCEPT the pretzels are gluten free.
High Fructose Corn Syrup?
No HFCS is used during the batch creation of our product. Our Italian Ice is water-based and will ALWAYS be fat-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol-free.
How do we serve?
Typically, we serve our range of products in our 8′ by 18′ converted school bus in all outdoor situations
We also can provide in addition or in place of the bus our standard size pushcart to be used indoors and/or outdoors.
